A competitor had a lapse in quality control that reflected badly on the entire tissue bank community. MTF, the nation’s leading tissue bank, responded with a campaign that laid out in detail how their process and testing would not allow this to happen. A series of ads was developed for all the major bone medical journals featuring testimonials of recipients’ life changing experiences rolled together with details of MTF’s history of safety. A brochure detailing their commitment to quality was developed as a more comprehensive follow up to the ad series.
